Q: How do I get the sample watermark removed from the plan I just purchased?

A: Go to the vault, click on the file name, and click edit. Click NEXT until you get to the preview page. On the preview page click download to get all of the files without the watermark.

Q: If I edit my document, does it count as a new one (and against my total)?

A: No. Editing a document will not count against your total. Duplicating, however, will create a new document and count against your total. Note, you can not change the contract number of a document once you have saved it, and if you need it changed, call customer support at 1-877-714-5001
