Drug Free Workplace Program
This plan helps fulfill the requirements given by the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988. This plan gives policies and methods that help your organization follow these guidelines. It includes descriptions of authorized and unauthorized drugs, protocol for supervisors when suspecting an employee of using these inappropriately, and protocol for supervisors when workers are found to be using these inappropriately. It also describes legal methods of drug abuse minimization including pre-employment screening, periodic/random testing, and searches.
