Confined Space Plan
The confined space plan is required for projects that have any chance of a workplace in a tight or closed in environment. Examples include: sewers, boilers, tanks, storage bins, vaults, cooling towers, and tunnels. This plan lists various safety measures to be taken when working in small or tight spaces including keeping employees safe from air which can quickly become toxic without proper ventilation.
