Demolition Plan
The Demolition Plan lays out the scope and requirements of a demolition. The items to be demolished, the methods of removal, and the the precautions for safety of workers are explained in detail.
Description of Work
The first entry page for the demolition plan requires basic project information. “Brief Project Description” is a basic overview of the project, and can usually be found in the Request for Proposal. “Description of Work to be Performed” can likewise usually be found in the RFP.

The scope of the demolition and the description of how the demolition will be performed are integral parts of a demolition plan. For the safety of workers, it should also be known if there is a chance of encountering lead or asbestos. Finally, select the contract authority.
