Exposure Data - APP
This tab is for Corporate Exposure Data, which is required by the EM 385 and OSHA 300 forms. Give the numbers for the total incidents reported on the OSHA 300 form and its reporting year. Also required is the contractor’s EMR (experience modification rating), the year of that EMR, the hours worked, their LWDIR, and RIR.
