Toolbar Menu
The toolbar is along the top and looks like this:

Undo – reverses the last action on the document

Redo – reverses the last undo, if an undo was accidentally triggered, this will fix it

Format - format sets selected text to normal, heading 1, heading 2, or heading 3
- Normal - A line with no special formatting
- Heading 1 - Main section headings
- Heading 2 - Subsections headings
- Heading 3 - Third level section headings

Bold – makes the selected text bold and enters bold mode where new text is bolded

Italics – makes the selected text italic and enters italic mode where new text is italicized

Underline – underlines the selected text and enters underline mode where new text is underlined

Text Color – changes the color of the selected text

Background Color – changes the color of the selected text

Alignment – the alignment buttons change the alignment of the paragraph of text that you last clicked or typed text
- Align Left – changes the alignment of current paragraph to be aligned to the left
- Align Center - changes the alignment of current paragraph to be aligned to the center
- Align Right - changes the alignment of current paragraph to be aligned to the center
- Justify - changes the alignment of current paragraph to be aligned as justified

Insert/Remove Numbered List – inserts a numbered list into the document

Insert/Remove Bulleted List – inserts a bulleted list into the document

Insert Indentation Header - Inserts a two column formatted header where the left cell is a letter or number, and the right is the title associated with it. This is part of every new section or appendix.
