Variables
Variables have a gray background and look like the following:
Left clicking on a variable will show a popup window with either a way of editing the variable or a message explaining why that variable cannot be edited in the editor. Editing a variable in this window will change the all variables of the same type, e.g. changing the contractor name in the popup window will make all variables of the contractor name to also change.
Right clicking on a variable will give a list of actions to do on that variable. These include:
- Cut, Copy, and Paste
- var → Remove, Remove the variable from the document
- Edit Only Here, allows making the variable into plain text so that it can be edited without affecting other variables of the same type
