Enter the name of the qualified person manifesting hazardous waste for the project, followed by the contractor responsible for the containment of hazardous spills. See Add New Employee if one of the lists does not provide the needed name for a position. You can Upload Qualifications for the qualified person by using the “Edit” button that appears after choosing a name for the position.
