Project Information
Project information entered here will be used to fill AHA headers with relevant information and keep them organized according to projects. All of the fields are required.
- Contract Number: The contract number given to the project
- Contract Name: The name of the project
- Date Prepared: Date you are creating your AHAs (usually today’s date)
- Project Location: Address of project site
- Subcontractor Foreman: Foreman assigned to the project
- QA Review By: Quality Assurance Manager name and title
